How learners can use AI for explanation, practice and feedback without replacing independent thinking.
Start with active learning
Reading is useful, but learning becomes stronger when you retrieve ideas from memory, explain them in your own words and apply them to new problems. After each short study section, close the material and write what you remember.
Space your revision
Instead of repeatedly reviewing the same material in one long session, return to it across several days. A simple review rhythm can include the same day, a few days later, and again the following week.
Mix explanation and practice
Alternate between concept review and problem solving. When an answer is wrong, identify whether the issue came from knowledge, interpretation, calculation or strategy.
Connect a saved reading to notes, flashcards and a quiz so your study materials form one continuous learning workflow.
